Giveaway Program
1. Eligibility:
- The jiVoice.com
Giveaway Program (the “Contest”) is open to all
individuals who are at least 15 years
old at the time of participation.
- Employees, affiliates, agents, and
immediate family members of
jiVoice.com are not eligible to
participate in the Contest.
2. Contest Period:
- The giveaway program will reset automatically upon reaching 1000 leads.
3. How to Enter:
- To participate in the Contest,
individuals must follow the instructions
provided on the jiVoice.com website
during the Contest Period.
- Each participant is allowed only one
entry per month.
4. Prize:
- The giveaway prize amount is
500 USD in cash (the “Prize”).
- The Prize is non-transferable and cannot
be exchanged or redeemed for any other
form of payment.
- jiVoice.com reserves the right to
substitute the Prize with an alternative
of equal or higher value if
circumstances beyond our control require
it.
5. Winner
Selection:
- The winner will be selected randomly
from all eligible entries received
during the Contest Period.
- The winner will be notified via the
contact information provided during
entry within 7 days after the end of the
Contest Period.
- If the selected winner does not respond
within 14 days of being notified or is
found to be ineligible, another winner
will be chosen, and the same process
will be followed until a valid winner is
confirmed.
6. Prize Delivery:
- The Prize will be delivered to the
winner through Western Union or Bitcoin,
as chosen by the winner.
- The winner will be responsible for
providing accurate and complete
information required for the Prize
delivery. jiVoice.com will not be
held responsible for any delays or
issues caused by incorrect information
provided by the winner.
7. Publicity:
- By participating in the Contest, the
winner grants jiVoice.com the right
to use their name, likeness, and entry
for promotional and marketing purposes
without additional compensation, unless
prohibited by law.
8. General Terms:
- jiVoice.com reserves the right to
modify, suspend, or terminate the
Contest at any time without prior
notice, for any reason beyond our
control or if fraudulent activity is
suspected.
- Participants agree to comply with all
applicable laws and regulations while
participating in the Contest.
- jiVoice.com reserves the right to
disqualify any participant found to be
in violation of these terms and
conditions.
- By participating in the Contest,
participants agree to release
jiVoice.com from any liability
arising from their participation in the
Contest or the receipt and use of the
Prize.
9. Privacy:
- Any personal information collected
during the Contest will be used in
accordance with jiVoice.com’s Privacy
Policy.
